Patient Services are provided by licensed health care professionals who volunteer their time and talents in service to others: physicians, dentists, nurses, therapists and others.

Primary Care
  • Basic Primary Care - Exams/Screenings
  • Referrals (for specialty physicians and tests)
  • Mental Health (limited to mild depression/anxiety) 
  • Women's Health and Wellness
    • OB/GYN exams and PAP tests
    • Referral for Mammograms
  • Physical exams for treatment centers, employment

Supplemental Complimentary Services (These can be combined with primary medical patient services)

  • Physical Therapy
  • Acupuncture
  • Acu-detox

  • Live Free Smoke Free- can incorporate

Chronic Disease Management
